From position three to position one in a turn. The USA's Tyler Wallasch (left of frame) went form outside to inside, putting himself in front during the Ski Cross world Cup at Val Thorens. I had looked up and down the course to find a spot where there would be enough action whilst maintaining a view of the impressive peaks that surround this arena - this off camber corner halfway through offered the best of both worlds. The skiers hovering in the turn, an energy you can feel, and a view of the spectacular mountains which host them. This was the frame I had set out to capture!
