Luca is an Italian swimming champion suffering from Down Syndrome. I portrayed Luca ten days ago for the next communication campaign of the AIPD: Italian Association of People with Down Syndrome section of Bergamo ONLUS. The aim of the campaign is to overturn preconceptions about people with Down syndrome. His person will be associated with the phrase: "they cannot reach ambitious goals". Luca's next goals are the World Championships and the Olympics, as well as trying to get a driving license among the few people with Down syndrome in Italy.
