The Kenyan capital Nairobi is one of the most economically successful metropolises in Africa. And it is definitely the city with the craziest buses in the world. Most people in the 80 million country use private buses, so-called Matatus, for their daily commute to work or for overland trips. These are so numerous that they contribute significantly to the daily traffic collapse in Nairobi. The owners of the Matatus pimp their buses with artistic graffiti, LED lights, coloured interior lighting, screens on the walls and seats, powerful sound systems, WIFI on board and more.
