In the last 3 years the production of Italian wine ha surpassed the French one, establishing itself in the first place in the world. Of the Italian regions, in the last few years, there is an exponential growth of Puglia which, thanks to the climate, the favorable territory and the courage of farsighted farmers, is focusing all on a particular vine that is now affirmed all over the world: Primitivo. Polvanera is a company that focuses its production on Primitivo remaining attached to its tradition and betting on a territory so far forgotten.
