The Norwegian winter simplifies. The snow covers the lawns, the asphalt and the forest floor. The days get short, the colors disappear. The trees are left like skeletons without their colorful leaves. Photography is also about simplifying. Choosing a part of the world. What is within the cameras viewfinder exists, that which is outside the image edge, do not. This project is an exploration of the Norwegian winter, further simplified in black and white.
