Multiverse

This series titled, Multiverse aim at playing with the possibilities of how we experience life, time, and place but also with how we experience the photographic medium. Who are we now, then? What exists beyond the frame? I say that literally and facetiously as humans search an extension of our existence. Much of my work attempts to use the medium to explore the unexplainable. I leave gaping holes and I slice the surface revealing nothing? The series a play on the magnitude of time we spend contemplating our existence. Photos are able to seal our place in "a" time, but we are not there - a thought not unique to photography. What are the planes we cannot see? What is mystery, destruction and joy? All of this constitutes life. Photos are profound objects and, they are meaningless.
