"Labud"

I took this picture during a stop in my trip to Bosnia, I saw this beautiful swan in the lake of an ancient small village, where people stop to look at these particular places and to eat something typical. I find it very charming this country where coexists the beauty and the post-war destruction.

I was born in 1982 in Bosnia and in 2014 I moved to Italy - to Tuscany, specifically - where I still live. In everything I do (including photography) I am self-taught, I look for my own language that tends to dissociate itself from what is currently proposed as "art", which is why all forms of expression interest me as long as they somehow examine individual conflict and the perceptive one. In February 2020 I launched "Galleria Ambigua" in the historic city of Arezzo (Tuscany). It is a contemporary art gallery and a cultural space, of which I am co-director and founder.
