I saw this couple from afar struck by the man's blue basque hat, which gave the scene a Parisian feel. Then, I noticed the two pigeons that were initially very far from each other but they were getting closer, so I got closer, ducked and started taking pictures. At that point the intrigued couple started looking at what I was doing. The pigeons were an excuse to photograph the couple, meanwhile the pigeons started kissing, when they looked at me the game was done. The photo was taken in Trieste, Italy in the city's largest square.

She has always been passionate about photography, her first course dates back to the analog photography era, but she immediately welcomed the advent of digital with enthusiasm, dedicating herself to shots and elaborations, which the new medium made available. Recently approached Street Photography, deeply impressed by the great photographer Harry Gruyaert, from whom she draws inspiration wanting to recreate the daily atmosphere of her city, Trieste in the North-East of Italy, on the border with Slovenija. The city overlooks the sea and the people often enjoy to spend its free time on the piers
