This series captures a sliver of the work that I’ve been a part of, as a healthcare professional in Singapore, since the Covid pandemic arrived at our shores earlier this year.I lead a team to conduct swab operations,a key part of the national response to Covid-19.Teams work long hours, swabbing in hot humid environments, fitting masks, and issuing quarantine orders across Singapore. Then there are those who pack quarantine kits round the clock, painstakingly checking each thermometer before inserting it into the kit; and those who attend endless meetings to make sure everything runs smoothly.

I'm based in Singapore, a medical doctor by training; photography and my day job at Singapore's Health Promotion Board keep me happy in equal measure. I love travelling - especially to off-the-grid places, where the wifi is weak.
