An ironic image concerning people's attitude of facing the crisis as an epidemic before the outbreak in Europe. Born in Taiwan, LEE Yi-Chen is graduated in journalism, and specialized in photo-journalism and documentary. After gaining some experience in news & media, sports events and political documentaries; LEE Yi-Chen moved to Paris to study photography and improve his visual communication skills. He is now trying to express his perspective for life by conceptual photography.

Born in Taiwan. Yi-Chen LEE started to study the 8th art in Paris in 2018 and kept documenting social movements during his studies while he developed conceptual photography. He conveys social commentaries through his conceptual images and regards his photography as evidence of the very real-life questions surrounding such issues as stereotyping and identity. As a self-taught photographer in his early career, he documented the 2009 Summer Deaflympics, 2010 & 2014 Municipal Mayoral Elections, 2016 Taiwan Presidential Election. Official photographer of New Taipei City Government since 2012.
