As the contemporary photographic world moves as if in fast forward, this series is committed to the power of memory, and the haunting events of our shared cinematic past. The title 'Definitive Ambiguities' is as Hitchcockian as it implies. Studio lighting and models appear mysterious, dark, seductive yet subversive and street. The landscapes are also at once moody, menacing and mysterious. After shooting in my studio, my process becomes very much Photoshop based, using my imagination to manipulate my very own 'imagined noir future.'
