...in late summer Polar bear roam around from island to island to find food on top of mountain feeding on bird eggs...to get there they must swim from small islands to the big one...for three days we were waiting, till the fourth day we met with this family of a mother and two 18 month cubs...we got to the water 200 yard away from the bear family and traded water, allow the family to see us, so letting the mother make her decision of moving, she pursue and leading her cub in our direction and above our heads with no aggression toward us...
