The Feast of Black Nazarene is a grand religious tradition of Filipino devotees every January in Manila, Philippines. Amidst hectic celebration, devotees are striving to touch the image of Black Nazarene with the belief that their prayers can be granted. The congestion, stampede, heat and exhaustion might cause injuries and even casualty in the grand procession.
